Hotel Tri Studničky

It was just perfect. Rooms are very cute, wellness area ist small but stunning. You can directly go from the sauna into the little river behind the hotel, which is great. Dinner and breakfast were also perfect. Breakfast buffet has basically everything you need and tastes great. Overall a perfect stay and I will definitely come back.

Great hotel to explore Jasna ski slopes; pros: great location very close to the slopes; very cozy hotel with great food and great staff; the hotel offered the ski passes in the price of the room and you get the fast pass as well; the fast pass is worth every penny as you are not queueing at all and you can ski a lot more; Everybody at the hotel is super friendly and they go out of their way to make your stay great There are a few things that can be improved to make it even better: Rooms: there was way too hot in the room and it would be nice to have an option to turn off the heating; wifi was not great in our room. On the outside terrace be nice to have some heaters so people can stay outside as the river nearby is stunning;

General response to any of our requests in this hotel was “no”, it’s not possible…without even give a try to find satisfactory solution for client. We paid VIP apartment and slept first night in the smoke and cold room while we had fire place and wet wood which caused us tons of smoke…WIFI connection was not working and in the moment we requested password for wifi in conference room (which was in the neighborhood), we got rejected. I wanted to talk with responsible management and whole day was not able NO ONE to come and talk to us. For 500€ per room per night we expected better service and approach to clients - specially from 4*hotel. If u have desire to have good services and experience rather go to hotel DRUZBA which is in the same place but for 500€ per night u will get high level service.
